This product line is designed to expedite the implementation of high-speed
inspection systems that require 1 to 4 sensors.
The PV-200 and PV-500 machine vision systems are available with sensor
resolutions from VGA to 4 Megapixel and offer
an extensive vision tool kit to handle even the most complicated of vision
applications. The cost performance benefits
exceed most "smart camera" products with extensive I/O and image storage

2016 Henry Ford Technology Award Winner
Phoenix Imaging is proud to acknowledge the recipient of the
2016 Henry Ford Technology Award
for the Cylinder Head Valve Seat Verification System.
This very prestigious award is Ford Motor Company's highest technical honor.
This award is the culmination of
several years of hard work by a dedicated team of engineers and technicians to
provide a technology that insures the highest product quality and a robust
industrial design. The system is designed to isolate imperfections on the
seat surface as small as 15µm in width.
The imperfections are so small, that they are imperceptible to human inspectors.
The system inspects 100% of the product at production rates!
Phoenix Imaging takes pride in working closely
with industrial technology leaders to advance the science of advanced optics and
